As an attorney, she knows just how important it is to have that plan in place. She serves as head of the Glendale chapter.

TERZIAN
An adjunct professor of Wills and Trusts at Southwestern Law School and named a top attorney in Pasadena Magazine and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2014-2016, Vanessa Terzian began her legal career as a Trust Administrator for Wells Fargo, N.A. Her experience at Wells Fargo, working closely with clients, portfolio managers, beneficiaries and other attorneys, shed light on how a poor estate plan can ruin a family’s fortune and more importantly, their relationships. She serves as head of the Pasadena East chapter.

Matt Kamin has been working and volunteering in the nonprofit world for over sixteen years and holds a MBA in nonprofit management. As Managing Partner of nonprofit consulting firm, Envision Consulting, Matt serves community-based nonprofits in the Los Angeles area specializing in executive search. He is head of the Encino chapter.

FULLER
As a former Escrow Officer, Allison brings her extensive planning and logistical experience into overseeing many aspects of management organization, contract administration, strategic planning and operations as Managing Partner of nonprofit consulting firm, Envision Consulting. In addition, as a graphic designer and web marketer, she brings in unique talents to nonprofits, expanding resources and efficiency. She leads the Working Parent Circle.

YESSICA FLORES
Yessica Flores is the Membership Director at The Exchange Los Angeles where she works closely with members to ensure that they are getting the most out of their membership. She guides them through the onboarding process, ensures that members stay connected to their chapter and each other, and makes sure that members are hitting their goals when it comes to networking. Think of Yessica as your “personal trainer” for networking.
