In this webinar, we wanted to "PUMP YOU UP"! With the help of Carla Buigues we got the amazing Coach Astrid Castaneda to do just that!
What to expect: a 45 minute training session including warm up, interaction / scalingof movements, the WOD (workout of the day), and 10 min cool down. This will be a FAMILY FRIENDLY experience ( the more the merrier).
A little more os Coach Astrid.
Astrid began her fitness journey after finishing her BS in Exercise Science from The Ohio State University and becoming a personal trainer at a commercial gym. Coaching and empowering others in fitness was an organic transition as she had played competitive soccer as a youth athlete. She found purpose and direction through strength training, discovering that the process of incremental improvement was not only a powerful allegory for living, but one she could commit to for life. She began CrossFit in 2016 after spending three years training and competing in Olympic Weightlifting in Santa Cruz, CA.
In 2017, Astrid relocated to LA and joined the staff at Pendulum Fitness. She offers online coaching and individual program design, nutrition coaching, personal training, weightlifting and CrossFit coaching. In addition, she also directs the youth sports performance program Pendulum Performance.
